PRINCE2® (Projects IN Controlled Environments) provides a method for managing projects in the Private and Public Sectors within a clearly defined framework. The qualification presents an easily tailored and scalable way for the management of all types of projects. The Prince 2® method is a practised standard for project management, both in the U.K. & internationally. At CTC we offer training courses, run over three day periods which are taught by highly experienced tutors that provide hands on training.

    • Starting up a project

    • Directing a project

    • Initiating a project

    • Controlling a stage

    Who the qualification is for

     


    The course is designed for managers and other high earners who are currently reviewing the arrangements for the management of projects at the organisational level. It will also assist all those who are actively involved in any form of project management at all levels. Funding is available for SMEs, small and medium sized enterprises who employ between 5 and 249 people inclusively, through the Learning Skills Council, Train to Gain and Leadership & Management Grant.
